Guest Policy
- 1.Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed at the property without parents/guardian.
- 2.Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s).
- 3.Only valid Govt. ID is accepted as ID proof(s).
- 4.Smoking within the premises is not allowed.
Payment Policy
- 1.We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, NEFT/RTGS Bank Transfers, UPI and Cash for payment.
- 2.Full payment (Room Rate + Tax) for the entire stay will be collected at time of check-in.
- 3.All guests are required to settle all pending charges upon check-out.
- 4.The Hotel does not guarantee a late check-out. Please contact our Front Desk on the day of departure to check availability.
- 5.Certain plans are non-refundable. Please check carefully when booking your reservations. No exceptions can be made for non-refundable bookings.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund will be made on all cancellations received 24 hours prior to check-in time and date.
- Any cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in will incur 100% cancellation charges.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after receiving approval from our management.
- Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 weeks.
- Once approved, the hotel will release the full/partial payment you made.
